Design
Bakerbellfield employ designers who are fully conversant with all the specific
manufacturing processes. They also have a full understanding of the latest
materials and techniques available. This enables Bakerbellfield to offer
products that meet the latest standards.
The products can be adapted to suit any applications, please refer to the

Bakerbellfield use Solid works to provide visuals, models and manufacturing
drawings. This enables you to see visuals that represent not only the product
but also the finish. These visuals can then be expanded to provide complete
environment models.
Coded Welders
Coded welders are employed within the engineering department to ensure the
products are not only welded to the highest quality but also meet the relevant
standards. The materials welded are stainless
steel, aluminium, high tensile steel and mild steel.
Polyurethane
The injection moulding machines have been specifically designed by Bakerbellfield
to manufacture Bakerbellfield products. The machines are being upgraded,
so that it is possible to inject fire rated and multi-coloured components
more effectively.
